 What materials are available?

  • Again, the best answer is that it varies from style to style. The possibilities include white, brushed silver, matt silver, brushed gold, silver, rose gold metal and bronze metal

  • What is the maximum and minimum quantity of badges?

    There are minimum or maximum quantities. We will be just as happy to supply one name badge or 1000 name badges

  • What if some of the names in my list are very long, will they get cut off in production?

    No, it will not get cut off. You have full control over the size of text for each badge. You are in full control of the design/layout of each badge.

  • How does the magnet fastener work?

    There is a metal plate on the back of the badge. Our strong magnetic options go on the inner side of the garment and "attracts" to the metal plate to hold it in place. Choose the strongest magnet in Australia. Our own Mega-Mag magnet

  • Do I need to pay first before the badges are dispatched?

    Yes, payment is required before any goods are produced and dispatched. Payment can be made by credit cards. MasterCard, Visa and Amex are accepted. Payment can also be made by EFT. Production starts once payment has been received

  • I've just placed and paid my order and I made a mistake. What do I do?

    Please email us immediately at sales@badgeworld.com.au with your invoice number so we can correct the order for you

  • Can you print any colour and does that affect the pricing?

    Yes we print directly onto the name badges in full digital high reolution colour. The number of colours or combination of colours is unlimited and is included in the badge pricing. Pantone colour matching is our speciality

  • How long is my order going to take to produce and dispatch?

    You choose the dispatch date from the calendar widget. We have some of the shortest turnaround times and as quicky as 24 hours

  • What is the normal delivery time once the order has been dispatched?

    Australia Post is our delivery partner of choice. Delivery days are determined by the choice of your service.. They can be as short as one day using the e-Parcel Express option.

    You will be advised by email once your order package has been received by Australia post. You can monitor your orders progress from the Australia Post tracking website
